**Position Summary** The Clinic Support Coordinator is a flexible, hands\-on position that helps keep the entire clinic running smoothly. The role supports both front\-office operations and day\-to\-day clinic flow, moving between responsibilities based on patient and clinic needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, self\-directed, comfortable with a changing environment, and able to recognize what needs attention without constant direction. **Primary Objectives** * Support patient and clinic flow. Follow patient movement and step in where help is needed, including front\-desk support during busy arrival/departure periods and clinic support between transitions. * Assist therapists and maintain treatment readiness. Help reset treatment spaces, organize and return equipment, keep the gym and treatment areas orderly, restock supplies, and assist with appropriate non\-clinical patient setup or clinic tasks. * Provide reliable front\-office coverage.
