The Business Services Specialist I provides customer service and administrative support at the Back Gate, helping ensure vehicles and clients move through the release process accurately, efficiently, and securely. This position is responsible for assisting clients with the gate pass process, verifying documentation, scanning and entering gate pass information into the appropriate systems, and identifying potential discrepancies or fraudulent activity. When Back Gate volume allows, this role also supports Front Office operations by assisting with client service emails and other administrative or customer service needs. **Key Responsibilities** **Back Gate Customer Service** * Provide friendly, professional service to clients arriving at the Back Gate. * Assist clients with questions regarding the gate pass and vehicle release process. * Review and verify gate passes and supporting information before vehicle release. * Ensure required documentation is complete and accurate. * Communicate clearly with clients when additional information or verification is required. **Gate Pass Processing \& Verification** * Scan gate passes and related documentation into the appropriate system. * Perf...
