Bremen Township seeking a dynamic qualified caring professional to design, launch and scale a transformative youth program while providing vital counseling support to individuals, families and groups in our Township. The applicant will need to have either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to provide independent mental health assessments and counseling for Bremen Township youth, individuals, families, and groups. **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluate mental health, emotional well\-being and background through interviews and clinical tools. * Create, monitor, and update measurable client care goals. Help clients with coping skills, guidance and support. * Refer clients for other support services available in the community and communicate with other providers so they are able to refer clients for other services as needed. * Collaborate with local schools and school staff. * Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. * Communication with the Supervisor of the Township is essential.
