Description

**Schedule:** Tuesday \- Friday 12:00pm\-8:30pm. Saturday will work a standard 8 hour flex schedule dependent on weekly operational needs, and may fluctuate week to week. Manages the overall performance of Fleet Supervisors in their position requirements and objectives. Perform all the management/supervisory activities in absence of the Manager Fleet Operations with the daily operations of the Fleet. Applies knowledge of the business goals, activities, and application of operation resources to increase effectiveness. **What you will do:** * Manages the daily activities and performance of Fleet Supervisors in hiring, training, scheduling, motivation, and evaluation of their team. Provides performance management guidance to Supervisors (coaching, career development, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions). * Work closely with Supervisors to foster a participatory and positive work environment in which employees are respected and appreciated by improving work relationships, building morale, increase employee commitment, engagement and productivity according to Club values. * Administer scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and cost\-effective service delivery, approving over...
