**About the Role** Chauncey Group is seeking a motivated, organized, and accountable Multi\-Site Property Manager to manage the day\-to\-day operations of a growing market\-rate residential portfolio of more than 120 units across 40\+ properties located throughout Livingston, Genesee, and Wyoming Counties. This portfolio is managed for one ownership group, rather than multiple unrelated third\-party owners. That allows the Property Manager to deeply understand the properties, residents, operations, and long\-term goals of the portfolio and take meaningful ownership of how the business runs. This is not simply an administrative or task\-based role. We are looking for someone with prior property management experience who is capable of quickly learning our portfolio, systems, and operating procedures and taking ownership of day\-to\-day property management responsibilities. The Property Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for residents and will be responsible for keeping leasing, renewals, resident communications, collections, documentation, and other operational items organized and moving forward.
