Hill St., 5th Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90014 **Job Type:** Full\-Time \| Hybrid **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with work from home on Wednesdays **Salary:** $80,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience **Position Overview** Custodio \& Dubey LLP is seeking an experienced Law Office Manager / HR Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise our on\-site and remote teams, and manage hiring, HR, and payroll for both. We’re looking for a proactive, ambitious professional ready to take ownership, establish clear expectations, and hold employees accountable. This person must be comfortable enforcing firm policies, addressing performance concerns directly, and following through with documentation, coaching, and corrective action. Reporting directly to the partners, you will work closely with attorneys and department leaders to improve communication, staffing, workflows, and operational performance. **Prior law firm experience and at least two years of hands\-on payroll processing experience are required.
