**Operations Manager – Painting \& Specialty Finishes** ======================================================= **Location:** Reno, NV **Compensation:** $135,000–$150,000 base salary \+ bonus opportunity **Job Type:** Full\-time **Work Setting:** Primarily onsite, with occasional project visits throughout Truckee, North Lake Tahoe, and Incline Village Trueline is seeking an Operations Manager – Painting \& Specialty Finishes to lead estimating, scheduling, and daily operational coordination for high\-end residential painting projects. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with ownership, support experienced field teams, and improve the systems that keep multiple projects moving. We're looking for someone who understands the painting trade and enjoys the planning, technology, and business management side of construction. The role is primarily based in the Reno office, with responsibility for coordinating approximately 6–8 crews.
