**Summary** ----------- This position is in Office of Information and Technology (OIT), End User Services (EUS), Enterprise Command Operations (ECO). The position provides monitoring technical oversight for VA Enterprise Wide application within the ITIL DEVOPs agile approach by interfacing with both the application developers and monitoring operations team to deliver faster and more efficient monitoring solutions. The incumbent must understand software, data structure, data management, and database design principles.
