**Job Summary** Join our dynamic team as a On\-Site Property Manager where you will be the driving force behind exceptional property operations and tenant satisfaction. This energetic role combines property management/Airbnb expertise with hands\-on maintenance oversight, ensuring our properties are well\-maintained, compliant with regulations, and welcoming for residents. You will coordinate leasing activities, manage our Airbnb's, oversee maintenance requests, and foster positive relationships with tenants and vendors alike.
