Grow Early Learning is a Head Start organization that provides high\-quality early childhood education services to children and families of migrant and seasonal farm workers. We are currently seeking a **Health Services Program Development Specialist**. **This is an in\-office position and travel will be required!** **Purpose:** The **Health Services Program Development Specialist** will support the design, development, implementation and oversight of Health and Safety systems and services that meet the needs of children and families in an early childhood education environment as indicated in the Head Start Performance Standards. Provide training and technical assistance to programs to ensure health services are provided and safety is maintained to promote optimum health outcomes. **JOB SPECIFICATIONS:** **Education and Experience:** **Accepted:** Bachelor’s degree in Maternal and Child Health, Public Health, Health Education, Nursing or a related field with a focus on the health and safety of young children and their families.
