**Job Description:** The selected candidate will work as the Marketing and Communications Manager supporting Thompson Gray's Business Development organization and executive leadership team. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing brand, digital presence, corporate communications, events, and business development marketing for the company and its market teams. The Marketing and Communications Manager will support the Business Development, Capture, and Proposal teams in developing capability statements, past performance content, proposal graphics, and customer\-facing collateral, ensuring compliance with TG brand standards, DoD public release and OPSEC requirements, and customer marketing restrictions, and achieving key milestones such as increasing TG's visibility with Army and DoD customers, strengthening the qualified pipeline, and supporting company recruiting goals. **Full\-Time/Part\-Time**: Full\-Time **Worksite details:** Full\-Time at TG headquarters in Huntsville, AL for candidates in the Huntsville area.
