Provide quality nursing care, patient assessments, medications, IV therapy, and collaborate with the care team to support patients throughout their rehabilitation and recovery. **Roles \& Responsibilities** * Provide nursing care to patients in an Acute Rehab setting. * Administer medications and treatments as ordered. * Assess patients and monitor changes in condition. * Perform and monitor IV therapy. * Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team. * Maintain accurate patient documentation using Sunrise. * Follow facility policies and patient safety standards. * Provide compassionate, patient\-centered care. **Requirements** * Active RN license * BLS Certificate * Minimum **2 years of recent RN experience** * **IV experience required** * Rehab RN or Med/Surg RN experience preferred * Ventilator e...
