Founded in 1985 and part of the Michels Family of Companies, we bring engineering and construction expertise together to develop practical solutions from planning and design through construction. **About the role** As an Associate Engineer in our trenchless division, you'll help design and support underground infrastructure projects involving horizontal directional drilling (HDD), tunneling, auger boring, direct steerable pipe thrusting, and microtunneling. Our projects involve pipeline and utility crossings beneath rivers, highways, railroads, and other sensitive areas, serving a wide range of sectors, including municipal water and wastewater, renewable energy such as offshore wind farms, and oil and natural gas infrastructure."
