This is a full\-time, onsite role responsible for managing all phases of project delivery, from design and procurement through construction, commissioning, energization, and closeout. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead delivery of utility electrical and high\-voltage substation projects from planning through turnover. * Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, contracts, procurement, and risk mitigation. * Act as the primary liaison between utility providers, contractors, engineers, vendors, and site leadership. * Oversee construction, QA/QC, testing, commissioning, and energization activities. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and proje...
