**Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor proper accounting controls to ensure accuracy. * Rationalize the chart of accounts. * Lead preparation of monthly financial statements. * Prepare reconciliations and quarterly balance sheet reviews. * Oversee processing of standard tax filings. * Create actionable financial reports and cash flow analysis. * Implement and enforce controls to eliminate waste and reduce the risk of fraud. **Employment Details:** * **Type: W\-2 employee** * Expected commitment: 15 to 30 hours per week depending on the number of engagements and respective scopes.
