**The Opportunity** The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in building and executing scalable, high\-performing talent acquisition function for a growing, private equity\-backed SaaS organization. This role will own the full\-cycle recruitment process and partner closely with hiring managers and the VP, HR to attract, assess, and hire high\-quality talent across the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop proactive and targeted recruiting strategies for a diverse range of roles, including SaaS/B2B software sales, customer success, customer support, marketing, product, engineering, data and analytics, managed services, delivery and implementation, IT, human resources, accounting and finance. This role will recruit across US, Canada, and India and will be expected to understand the differences in talent markets, compensation expectations, employment practices, and recruiting requirements across these geographies. In partnership with the VP, HR, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will help build and continuously improve a world\-class Talent Acquisition function.
