The ideal candidate is a hands\-on hospitality leader with a proven track record in full\-service hotel operations, financial performance, employee development, and labor relations. **Previous experience managing a unionized workforce is required, and Marriott\-branded hotel experience is strongly preferred.** The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the property, including operational excellence, profitability, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and brand compliance.
