Reporting to the Director of Patient Services, the Lead Coordinator, Nursing Clinical Operations provides operational, strategic, and administrative leadership in support of Nursing through the direction and coordination of the Office of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). The role provides oversight and direction to Nursing Clinical Operations leaders and supports the development and execution of the department's vision, goals, and strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, policies, and regulatory requirements.
