This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and satisfying customer requirements effectively. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Oversee the material planners, customer service representatives and shipping/receiving teams. * Work with teams to develop ideas, strategies and programs to optimize inventory dollars for the site on a continual basis, including planning for excessive and obsolete inventory. * Lead inventory accuracy initiatives (physical inventory, cycle counting program). * Assist material planners to develop a proactive material plan; verify order quantities relative to weekly/monthly production schedules; analyze inventory levels and adjust orders as necessary. * Work with production management, material planners, and customer service to level\-loa...
