Bridgeway Community Health is currently seeking qualified **Registered Nurse** to join our growing Medically Managed Withdrawal treatment team! Full\-time swing shift Thursday/Friday/Saturday Come join our elite team of professionals! who all have a passion to see lives changed and relationships restored. **Primary Purpose** Provides nursing care to individuals in an inpatient medically managed withdrawal setting, with a focus on the provision of direct care that promotes health, prevents disease, and treats illness of the individual. Operates according to the Oregon State Board of Nursing Nurse Practice Act. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Conducts reviews of client admits, gathers additional information when needed to support client care plan. * Reviews for consistency, MARS, Shift notes and Progress notes from LPN'S. Reports errors or inconsistent documentation to nurse supervisor. * Conducts pharmacy/medication cart audits and reports discrepancies to supervisor. * Reviews and maintains Medical Protocols for use by nurses, maintains binder with protocols and desk references. * Administers medications and performs treatments and procedures under direction of a physic...
