Career Land Center is hiring for a Critical Care ICU Clinical Pharmacist for a regional medical center in Independence, MO. About the role: You will act as the critical care subject\-matter expert, joining daily multidisciplinary and bedside rounds. You will review drug therapy for interactions, allergies and dosing, and recommend cost\-effective alternatives. You will take part in antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetics, anticoagulant monitoring, pain management, IV\-to\-PO conversion and renal dosing. You will also maintain controlled substance records, precept students and residents, and serve on committees. Requirements * 1 year of ICU / critical care pharmacist experience * BS or PharmD from an ACPE\-accredited school (PharmD preferred) * Completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency or fellowship, OR relevant acute care pharmacy experience * Board certification in pharmacotherapy (BCPS) or a relevant BPS specialty, maintained * Pharmacist with Medication Therapy Management (PHARM\-MTM) * PGY2 specialty residency highly preferred Schedule: Primarily days, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with every fourth weekend Benefits: * Competitive, depends on work experience \+ bonuses * Shift different...
