### **Position Description** You will serve as a Program Manager in the SYSCOM Security Cooperation Department of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND . ### **Position Duties/Responsibilities** * You will direct the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements, fiscal adequacy and planned progress. * You will identify and defend resource requirements for life\-cycle management of the assigned program. * You will direct the preparations of documents, specifications, requirements, criteria, and standards that define needs and parameters of a program. * You will assure that all planning is fully integrated with the overall program team effort and that of other participating services and agencies when involved. * You will manage requirements/design tradeoffs and overall risks. * You will be responsible for team building. ### **Minimum Salary** 107446 ### **Maximum Salary** 164301 Position Open Date10/05/2026 Position Close Date10/13/2026
