Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Builder / Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. Prior Building experience in the city of Atlanta is a must as we only build high end homes Intown Atlanta. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, and excellent leadership skills. You will coordinate with all the subcontractors, manage project schedules, and ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout each phase of construction.
