Titan Tech is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting small and medium\-sized businesses across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We're looking for an organized, people\-first Service Coordinator to keep our clients informed and our technicians on schedule. If you can juggle schedules, stay calm when the phone is ringing, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks, we'll teach you the rest. **$20–$25/hr, based on experience · Full\-time · On\-site in Mason, OH · No IT experience required** **What you'll do** ------------------ * Answer client calls and emails professionally, log every request, and set clear expectations on next steps * Sort incoming requests by urgency and route them to the right technician * Schedule and dispatch technicians for on\-site visits, projects and follow\-ups, and manage the team calendar * Follow up with clients and technicians so every request gets closed out * Keep client contact info, notes and appointment details accurate and up to date * Coordinate with vendors on deliveries, warranty repairs and service appointments * Help with light admin work such as ordering supplies and tracking equipment shipments **What we're looking for** ---------...
