Commercial procurement owner for AIDC microgrid electrical categories, including BESS systems, MV switchgear, transformers, power equipment, and PMS (power monitoring systems). Accountable for price, lead time, and commercial terms. Technical solution, technical conditions, and technical review sit with engineering; this role procures against confirmed technical conditions. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain North American electrical equipment suppliers, including BESS integrators, switchgear and transformer manufacturers, PMS vendors, and their authorized agents/distributors. * Conduct supplier qualification, licensing, financial, and compliance pre\-screening and maintain the approved supplier list and tiering. * Issue RFQs and tender documents by category. * Organize quotations, bid openings, commercial bid comparisons, and commercial bid tabulations and award recommendations. * Coordinate with engineering to confirm technical compliance. * Lead commercial negotiations covering price, lead time, payment terms, warranty, liability, insurance, logistics terms, and other commercial conditions. * Draft, review, and execute purchase contracts and purchase orders. * T...
