**Objective and Summary:** At ELM Management Services, on behalf of Legacy Brain and Spine, the Certified Medical Assistant will provide clinical support and assistance to both providers and patients to manage patient clinic flow in an efficient and positive manner. **Essential Functions:** * Scheduling appointments and managing patient calendars * Maintaining and updating patient records and medical histories * Preparing exam rooms and assisting providers with procedures * Triaging, taking, and recording patient vital signs * Providing patient education for all procedures and medications * Answering phone calls and managing correspondence * Administering medications as directed by the physician * Providing assistance and support to patients during their visit * Ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures and exams * Keeping exam rooms and work areas clean and organized * Collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** * Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology * Knowledge of common medical procedures, treatments, and medications * Familiarity with infection control protocols and m...
