The admissions Coordinator will ensure that regulatory compliance is met by ensuring that activities are completed in accordance with the standard operating procedures as outlined by the organization. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Reconcile Center Census daily * Maintain electronic bed board/room assignments and collaborate daily with Environmental team to ensure patient room readiness * Communicate all acute readmissions to the team for follow\-up, reach out to patient/family to ensure re\-admit to the Center * Maintain and manage all department data logs and reports\- tours, referrals, trend reports. * Assign and track facility Physician * Complete Admissions Checklist and Insurance Verification (Primary and Co\-Insurance) processes * Check for outstanding balance on all facilities readmissions, prior to accepting all referrals.
