**Heavy Civil Construction Estimator** **Project Manager** Estimator / Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction The Senior Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for heavy civil construction projects. This role analyzes plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs. The Senior Estimator works closely with project managers, engineers, and executives to ensure competitive and profitable bids. Salary range depends upon knowledge and experience.
