**Overview** Title: **Mid\-shift Pharmacist** Shift Required (Days/hours): **11AM to 7PM** Any skills/experience required: **LTC experience CT License** As a Pharmacist, you’ll support safe, effective medication use across hospital and acute care settings. Apply your clinical pharmacy experience, pharmacology, and pharmacotherapeutics knowledge to guide patient care in collaboration with healthcare teams. Your impact: Your medication expertise helps patients receive appropriate treatment and gives care teams clear, timely clinical guidance. **Duties** * Review medication orders, assess patient\-specific needs, and support medication administration, hospital medicine, and acute pain management. * Prepare and verify IV infusions and compounded medications using aseptic technique; follow pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and drug regulation requirements. * Use electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and Pharmacy Information Systems (PIS) to document care, review medication histories, and support safe workflows. * Provide patient service and medication guidance across areas such as critical care, intensive care units (ICU), pediatrics, the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), oncology...
