*What Your Day Will Look Like:* : **Phoenix or Tucson, AZ \| Hybrid** **Join Consor's Growing Arizona Transportation Team** Consor is seeking a Roadway Design Engineer (PE) to support roadway, highway, and multimodal transportation projects for ADOT, counties, and municipalities across Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to expand their technical expertise, work on impactful transportation projects, and grow toward project leadership responsibilities. **Projected Compensation:** $105,000 \- $140,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Compensation for candidates with significant experience beyond the minimum requirements may be considered above this range. **Hybrid Work Schedule**: Team members are expected to work from the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with flexibility to work remotely on Thursday and Friday, subject to business and project needs. *What You'll Do:* : * Develop roadway alignments, profiles, typical sections, and cross\-sections. * Prepare plans, specifications, quantities, cost estimates, and technical reports. * Perform engineering analyses and roadway design calculations. * Coordinate with drainage, traf...
