Description: Clinic Manager Imperial Beach Community Clinic (IBCC) Location: Imperial Beach Health Center or Nestor Community Health Center, with travel between IBCC sites as needed Reports To: Director of Operations Classification: Exempt Employment Status: Full\-Time, Regular Salary Range: $73,667 \- $91,588 annually Position Summary The Clinic Manager leads daily operations at an assigned IBCC clinic site to support safe, timely, patient\-centered care. The role oversees clinic workflows and non\-clinical staff, coordinates with nursing and medical leaders, and addresses barriers to access, service, and efficient patient flow. The manager applies IBCC policies, monitors operational results, and helps staff resolve problems promptly.
