Position Summary Senior Car Care is seeking an experienced **Senior Living Business Development Manager** to develop strategic partnerships with senior living communities and introduce our vehicle management solutions to residents, families, and community leadership. This position is designed for an experienced senior living professional who understands the Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) and senior care environment, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and related senior services. The ideal candidate already understands how senior living communities operate, knows how to build relationships with community leadership, and is comfortable working with Executive Directors, Administrators, Sales and Marketing Directors, Resident Services teams, and other key decision\-makers.
