**General Manager — El Segundo** **Lead the restaurant. Lead the team. Own the operation.** EZPZ is looking for an experienced, hands\-on **General Manager** to lead our flagship El Segundo location. The GM owns the restaurant day to day — from team leadership and guest experience to labor, inventory, financial performance, and operational execution. This is not a clipboard manager role. We want someone who leads from the front, sets the standard, and takes real ownership of the business. **What You’ll Do*** Lead, coach, and develop the entire restaurant team. * Hire, train, schedule, and manage FOH and BOH staff. * Lead shifts and ensure exceptional service, food quality, and hospitality. * Own daily restaurant operations, opening/closing procedures, and service standards. * Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, ordering, waste, and controllable costs. * Monitor sales, labor, food cost, and other key financial performance metrics. * Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, organization, and restaurant appearance. * Handle guest concerns and ensure a consistently great customer experience. * Manage POS, online ordering, delivery, catering, and other restaurant systems. ...
