We are responsible for the end\-to\-end success of a diverse portfolio of applications. We operate with a strong “0 1” mindset, prioritizing agility, rapid iteration, and creative problem\-solving to build and scale products. We are looking for an E\-commerce Operations Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: \- USDS Storefront Governance: Serve as the primary operational owner of the U.S. Shopify Plus storefront. Ensure all daily web operations, UI/UX deployments, and catalog updates. \- Third\-Party (3P) App Auditing \& Integration: Act as the compliance gatekeeper for all Shopify ecosystem plugins (tax calculators, review aggregators, loyalty programs). Conduct rigorous data\-flow audits to ensure no consumer Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is routed to processing endpoints outside the U.S. \- Cross\-Border Data Sanitization: Manage the operational pipeline that converts Tier 1 Protected U.S. Data (row\-level PII, device telemetry) into Tier 2 Sanitized Telemetry. \- Production Inc...
