**Overview** We have an **immediate need** for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accounting Manager (CPA) to join our dynamic finance team on a part\-time basis. The Senior Accounting Manager (SAM) works across engagement teams and client personnel to manage core accounting functions for clients. Responsibilities include overseeing the monthly close process, performing and reviewing account reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and procure\-to\-pay (P2P) and order\-to\-cash (O2C) cycles. The SAM supervises a team of accounting managers and accountants, providing both direction and mentoring. Experience with management and board reporting and establishing policies and procedures within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. The ideal candidate has worked at or with early\- to late\-stage start\-ups and has a passion for helping entrepreneurs scale and grow companies advancing cutting\-edge technologies.
