Overview: The Project Coordinator Senior assists the Director of Research and Training in supporting the growth of the Center for Employment and Inclusion, housed within Utah State University's Institute for Disability Research, Policy \& Practice. The incumbent helps expand and implement employment training and research programs that improve employment outcomes for people with disabilities, designs curriculum grounded in the current evidence base, and builds and sustains relationships with state agencies, employers, and other employment stakeholders. The position reports to the Director of Research and Training and supervises, trains, and directs full\-time benefited employees who provide employment training and technical assistance to state and national partners. Supervision includes setting performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and coaching staff to deliver evidence\-based, competency\-based training and technical assistance. This position is eligible for hybrid telework in the state of Utah.
