As the Club Manager, you are directly responsible for effective day to day operations, financial performance and ultimately the profitability of the gym. Your effectiveness as a Club Manager will be determined by your ability to hand select, grow and motivate your team through hiring, training and coaching each team member to master processes and follow systems that focus on daily Key Point Indicators (KPI’s) that will ensure the clubs success. Each club has monthly and annual performance goals that you will be directly responsible for.
