xperience About Us Gold Standard Toxicology is a new clinical toxicology laboratory in Costa Mesa, California, specializing in urine drug screening and LC\-MS/MS confirmation testing for detoxification, rehabilitation, and behavioral health facilities. We are seeking an experienced, hands\-on toxicology laboratory professional to lead our laboratory’s startup and daily operations. This is a working laboratory leadership position. The selected candidate will personally perform testing, operate laboratory instrumentation, oversee a supporting laboratory technician, and manage daily laboratory workflow. Key Responsibilities * Independently operate and troubleshoot Beckman Coulter AU480 immunoassay analyzers. * Operate and maintain Agilent triple\-quadrupole LC\-MS/MS instrumentation for definitive urine drug testing. * Perform sample preparation, calibration, quality control, testing, and result review within authorized qualifications. * Lead instrument installation, method development, verification, and validation activities. * Manage daily specimen processing, testing schedules, and turnaround times. * Supervise and train a supporting laboratory technician. * Develop and maintain SO...
