Submit your application for the opportunity below: Advanced Clinical Pharmacist PRN ##### **Job Summary and Qualifications** ##### **General Statement of Duties:****The advanced clinical pharmacist demonstrates proficiency in all pharmacist functions to include: Attending and actively participating in daily multidisciplinary and bedside rounds, completing drug utilization review to promote rational drug therapy, leading and developing clinical services, mentoring and educating staff to ensure accurate and appropriate documentation of clinical activities. Conducts drug regimen reviews and responds to specific polypharmacy, pharmacokinetic and medication/MAR reconciliation consults. Recommends and monitors drug therapy as assigned by the medical staff.
