**Your Job** As Assistant Controller, you will lead Molex's global record\-to\-report and controllership organization and help ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the company's financial results. You will create value by providing leadership across close and consolidation, financial reporting, internal controls, complex accounting, acquisition integration, and finance transformation. This role combines technical accounting judgment, operational execution, transformation leadership, and leadership of a large, globally distributed organization, with a focus on building strong teams, supporting growth, and advancing the use of technology, automation, and AI. You will partner across Business Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP\&A, Global Process Owners, financial systems teams, and external audit to build a stronger and more scalable controllership organization.
