**Marketing Manager** **Location** Carefree, AZ — on\-site **Reports To** VP **Employment Type** Full\-time, exempt **Compensation** $70,000–$90,000, depending on experience **About Brilliance LED** Brilliance LED is a veteran and family\-owned manufacturer of premium LED landscape lighting, based in Carefree, Arizona. We sell through a national network of irrigation and landscape supply distributors — including Ewing, SiteOne, and Central — supported by field reps across the country. As we scale, we're rebuilding our marketing function around people who do the work themselves and can draw a straight line from what they publish to what it does for the business. **The Role** We're hiring a hands\-on Marketing Manager to own day\-to\-day execution of Brilliance LED's marketing: social media and content, distributor\- and rep\-facing sales materials, email campaigns, and trade show support. This is an individual\-contributor, execution\-first role — you will personally plan, write, schedule, and report on the work, not hand it off and check in later.
