**Job Overview** About Master Roofers Master Roofers has been putting roofs on New Hampshire homes and buildings since 1942\. Eighty\-four years in one market does something to a company. People here have worked together for decades. Customers call the same person they called the last time. Property managers and general contractors know the name before we introduce ourselves. In 2025 we joined Roofing Integration Holdings, a private\-capital\-backed group of roofing companies working across five states. That backing is what makes the next chapter possible. We're opening Greater Boston, and we're looking for someone to help build it rather than simply keep things running. **The role** We're looking for a General Manager to run Master Roofers and lead our move into Greater Boston. Revenue is split roughly evenly between commercial and residential, and you'd own both, along with the P\&L. It's a building job. Grow the commercial book, get residential demand generation working again, open the Boston office, and look after a team that knows this market better than most companies our size ever will.
