This is a hybrid role. You’ll be based in the Plano area, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the week. It is also a hands\-on leadership job rather than a purely supervisory one. You’ll own the general ledger, run month\-end and year\-end close, and lead the audit — while building the processes and controls a fast\-growing, multi\-entity business needs. **What You’ll Do** ------------------ * Lead and develop the accounting team. Set priorities, assign ownership, and hold the team to accurate, on\-time results. * Own month\-end and year\-end close, from the close calendar through variance analysis and financial reporting. * Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and intercompany activity. * Lead audit readiness and execution.
