As a The NPI Program Manager (Senior Advanced Project Engineer) leads complex New Product Introduction and product enhancement programs from initiation through delivery. Working with cross\-functional product development teams, the role partners with Product and Offering Managers, Engineering Managers, and business stakeholders to define scope, plans, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, governance, and operational readiness. The role ensures that program outcomes meet business objectives, customer needs, quality standards, and data and security requirements while driving stakeholder alignment, change management, performance reporting, and corrective action. You will report directly to our Director Engineering Program Management, and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule. **YOU MUST HAVE** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
