Job Description: The mission of the Project Engineer for HVJ, a leading specialty civil engineering firm in Texas, is to assure client satisfaction through preparation of quality reports that address the specific project requirements within the project schedule, budget and design constraints. Main areas of responsibilities include: * + Client Communications + Project Set up and Close out + Engineering Analyses + Field and/or Lab Assignments + Project document deliverables + Provide client satisfaction + Guide and mentor junior staff + Team Building + Assist with Business Development + Prepare proposals including detailed cost estimates. **Key Criteria/Requirements:** * + MSCE with at least 5 years of Geotechnical Engineering experience, or BSCE with at least 10 years of Geotechnical Engineering experience. + Must have Professional Engineer license in the State of Texas or should be able to obtain Texas PE license within 6 months of employment + **Experience In Transportation, City and Municipality Projects Is A Plus.** + **Experience with Central and South\-Central Texas Geology and Soil Condition Is A Plus.** + Experience with conventional and advanced geotechnical testing and dat...
