**Role:** The Medical Assistant (MA) provides clinical support under the supervision of a physician or licensed provider, performing duties to promote patient health and ensure efficient care delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare, clean, and stock exam rooms with supplies. * Obtain vital signs, patient history, and maintain accurate charting. * Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, point\-of\-care testing, and injections. * Manage triage calls, relay test and lab results, and communicate relevant information to providers using proper medical terminology. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * High School Diploma or GED required. * No prior experience necessary; certification or registration in area of expertise preferred. * Preferred: 2\+ years of experience and CPR certification. * Licenses and certifications as applicable to the role. **Key Attributes:** Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, ability to follow protocols, and effective communication with patients and team members.
