We're looking for an aggressive, self\-motivated **Industrial Sales \& Business Development Manager** to help us grow that business significantly. This is a **true new\-business development position**. We're looking for someone who enjoys finding companies, picking up the phone, getting to the right decision\-maker, developing relationships, generating RFQs, following up on quotes, and turning prospects into long\-term customers.
