Description

The Controller leads the company's day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control environment, partnering directly with the Chief Financial Officer to keep our financial records accurate, strengthen the processes and controls behind them, and deliver the P\&L insight leadership needs to make sound business decisions. This role owns the close process end\-to\-end, sets and enforces accounting policy, and will build and mentor the accounting team as Fencecrete continues to scale. We're looking for someone who takes ownership readily, operates independently, and thrives in a fast\-moving construction/manufacturing environment.
