**Crypto Project Manager** Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 per year Job Type: Full\-time \| Remote / Hybrid **About the Role** We are looking for a Crypto Project Manager to lead the delivery of high\-impact Web3 products — from token launches and exchange integrations to wallet infrastructure and DeFi protocols. This is not a coordination role. You will own the full project lifecycle, make critical trade\-off decisions, and be directly accountable for shipping on time, on budget, and on spec. You will work at the intersection of engineering, product, compliance, and external partners, turning complex blockchain requirements into clear execution plans. If you thrive in fast\-moving, high\-stakes environments and want your work measured by real on\-chain results — this role is for you. **What You Will Actually Do** Own end\-to\-end delivery of crypto projects: scoping, roadmap, sprint planning, release, and post\-launch optimization.
