**Painting Business Coach \| Former Owner of a $2M\+ Trades Company** Most painting contractors are excellent painters who were never taught how to run a business. We fix that. One contractor at a time. Painter Growth is an industry\-specific coaching program for painting contractors. Our mission is to help painting contractors build generational wealth. Our vision is to make painting a trade the world respects. We currently have nine coaches and just over 200 active businesses, and we are growing fast. Coaching is delivered in small groups and one on one, backed by a training platform, a structured business assessment, and an industry\-specific community that our members genuinely show up for. We are adding one Painting Business Coach to the roster. **THE ROLE** Your clients: Roughly $500K through $3M to $4M in annual revenue. These owners have revenue but no leverage. They are the bottleneck in their own company. The work is building a leadership layer, installing production and sales systems, fixing job costing and gross margin, and getting the owner off the tools and into the CEO seat without the business falling over.
